High season
- £250/week
Mid season - £200/week
Low season - £175/week
Bed-linen will be provided. Please
note that for safety reasons and also for the comfort of all our guests,
smoking is not allowed inside the cottage.
Winter and long-term lets are available by negotiation.

Terms and Conditions
Client:- The person making the reservation.
Party:- The person(s) accompanying the client.
Owners:- The owner(s) of the property, Kelly Campbell
Property:- The cottage, garden and parking area.
1. The client is required to complete and send the booking, either by post or email to the owners, and pay a non refundable £100 deposit. A confirmation of the reservation shall be sent back to the client by the owners on the receipt of the deposit, thereby formally accepting the reservation.
2. The number of people shown on the booking form shall be the number of people accepted, if there is a change in the number of people within the party, the client shall inform the owner immediately. The maximum number to reside in the property must not exceed 6, unless the owner has given written permission.
3. The client shall pay the balance of the rent and the refundable damage deposit of £100 six weeks prior to the start of the rental period. Should the client fail to pay in full, the owners reserve the right to inform the client in writing the reservation is cancelled.
4. To ensure against damage to the property or its contents by the client, a damage deposit of £100 will be required. The damage deposit will be refunded within one week of departure provided the owners are satisfied there is no damage to the property or its contents.
5. In the event of cancellation prior to six weeks before the start of the rental period the deposit shall be forfeited less the damage deposit.
6. The client is advised to ensure that they have travel insurance which should include cover for belongings, cancellation and public liability since the owners insurance does not cover this.
7. The property may be occupied after 14.00 on the first day of the rental period and must be vacated by 10.00 on the last day.
8. The client shall take good care of the property, furniture, fixtures and fittings, making good where possible any breakages or damage. All defects during the rental period must be communicated to the owners immediately.
The client is expected to leave the property in the same condition it was found.
The owners reserve the right to withhold the damage deposit if the property is not left in a satisfactory condition.
9. No pets are allowed and there is a no smoking policy within any building, at all times.
10. The client and the party shall agree to conduct themselves in a manner not to cause disturbance to other residents. The client is fully responsible for the conduct of any children in the party.
11. The owners liability is limited to the amount for the rental, not including the damage deposit.
12. The owner shall not be held responsible to the client for;
a. Any loss due to weather, riot, war, strikes or any other event beyond the control of the owners.
b. Failure of any public utility or services.
c. For any loss to the client if the property is destroyed or rendered in a non-rental state. The owners shall refund in full all monies paid within fourteen days in this event.
13. The use of the storage facility shall be entirely at the client's own risk. The owner shall not be held responsible for any loss or damage to property being stored for the client.
This contract shall be governed by either English Law or French Law in every
particular, including formation and interpretation and shall be deemed to have been made in
the governing country. Any proceedings arising out of or in connection with this contract may be brought in any court of competent jurisdiction in
the governing country. The decision as to the governing country, i.e.
whether English or French law applies to each and every individual
situation, will rest solely with the owner. This decision will be final
and will not be negotiable.
